OUR LEAD PASTORS

Pastor Lloyd and Katie Smith

Pastor Lloyd And Katie Smith have been serving the the Impact family since June of 2021. Before that they had been in ministry together since 2007, which included over four years at Impact, serving as the youth pastors. Pastor Lloyd is an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God, and has served in ministry since 2000. They have three kids: Trevin, Ariana, and Luke. They focus on individual discipleship and relationship building as key values in ministry and believe that the Word of God is still applicable to today’s culture. This family has been a blessing to the families of Impact through, leadership, laughter, and love.

 

OUR CONNECTION PASTORS

Pastors Joel and Jonnilyn Spinks

Joel and Jonnilyn serve as the Connection Pastors at Impact Church. After being called to pastoral ministry as a teenager in Nicaragua, Joel served in student ministry for 13 years. Jonnilyn was raised in Palmetto and now works as an adoption consultant, helping families all over the country grow their families. They were married in 2014 and have two children, Harvey and Annie. Joining the Impact staff in September of 2021, Joel and Jonnilyn are excited to see people get connected to God and to each other at Impact Church!

 

OUR CHILDREN’S PASTOR

Pastor Micheala Stackhouse

Pastor Micheala began serving at Impact in September of 2021. She specializes in creative ways to illustrate God’s word using object lessons, props, games, set design and more. She is also currently serving on the Florida Children’s Leaders Association Board (FCLA). She is married to Chris Stackhouse and together they have two kids: Aurora and Asher. Her and her husband have a heart for equipping the next generation of believers to carry out their faith in everyday life, taking it outside the four walls of the church and into their homes and communities!

OUR WORSHIP PASTOR

Pastor Samantha Thurman

Sam Thurman has been the worship leader at Impact since October of 2020. Before that she had been on the worship team since 2014, but started on the youth groups worship team in 2012. Impact has been a family to her for a very long time. She has been attending Impact since she was eight years old in 2008. Sams main focus is to open up people’s hearts and minds to get them ready to hear the word of God.
